Mark Your Calendars!

Even though it’s winter and not as much is going on the dog world, there are a few fun events coming up to get out and support the local rescue groups. Mark down Saturday, Jan. 25 on your calendars as “Eating out to support local rescues” as there are two events covering breakfast and dinner that day.

Secondhand Mutts’ annual fundraiser raises money for the heartworm positive dogs they take in. According to the rescue group, it can cost  up to $700  or more per dog to treat them for heart worm.
